Monday - Thursday: $210 per night

Weekends - 2 nights minimum $550

When available a single Saturday night $350
Single Saturdays subject to availability and owner's discretion

Sunday - $250 per night

All tariffs include gourmet breakfast provisions to cook and continental provisions

Two day minimum weekends. Minimum three day stay requested on Long Weekends, and Public Holidays including Melbourne Cup weekend and Easter. Specials are not applicable on Long weekends and Public Holidays.

If cancellation is made within 14 days of the first night of the booking full payment is required, unless the cottage is subsequently fully booked, then the amount paid will be refunded less a $30 administration fee. Failure to arrive the full tariff is payable.
